Ted Shelton is the Chief Operating Officer at Inflection AI, where he leads operations and strategy for one of the world’s most innovative AI companies. At Inflection, he oversees the scaling of Pi, a conversational AI designed to combine cognitive and emotional intelligence.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Shelton has been at the forefront of digital transformation and AI adoption. He previously served as an Expert Partner at Bain & Company, advising Fortune 500 executives on AI, automation, and organizational redesign, and as a Senior Partner at Genpact, driving enterprise-wide digital consulting initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Shelton held senior leadership roles at PwC, Cognizant, Catalytic, and Borland Software, helping companies navigate disruptive technologies and adopt new business models.
