Jonathan Choi

Jonathan Choi is a venture capital investor and technologist, currently serving as Partner at Buckley Ventures in San Francisco. At Buckley, he focuses on early-stage investments in deep tech sectors including defense, advanced hardware, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, SaaS, and materials science. His investment approach is grounded in a deep technical background and hands-on experience across some of the world’s most innovative organizations.
Before joining Buckley Ventures, Jonathan built his career through a variety of impactful technical roles. He began as a software engineer at Vungle, contributing to backend infrastructure prior to the company’s $750M acquisition. At Meta (Facebook), he served as a technical program manager focused on data center and network reliability, earning recognition as one of the top performers in his cohort. His work at NASA involved research in small satellite avionics and attitude-determination systems. He later joined DeepMagic as a machine learning engineer, where he developed gesture-recognition models for autonomous retail systems—technology that was eventually acquired by Standard AI.
In 2019, Jonathan conducted AI research at South Park Commons, working in collaboration with Google on projects involving fairness, federated learning, and differential privacy. This work further deepened his expertise in cutting-edge AI and data science topics.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McGill University. His unique combination of technical depth, research experience, and investment acumen makes him a valuable partner to founders building transformative technology companies.


Alek Liskov

Alek Liskov currently serves as Director of AI & Data Product Management at Intuit, where he leads the development of AI-driven product strategies for Mailchimp, shaping intelligent marketing tools used by millions of customers.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Verizon, including Director and Senior Director of AI & Data Product Management, where he bridged advanced analytics with business outcomes.
Alek was also featured on the “Output to Outcomes” podcast by Domino Data Lab, where he shared insights into building durable data science product teams and achieving business value through AI.
He is a passionate investor and advisor, with involvement in ventures like Bulgarian Angels Club, Credbull, and as a strategic advisor to AccessWave—extending his impact beyond product leadership.
Alek’s entrepreneurial side stems from his home country of Bulgaria—he immigrated to the U.S. at age 15, and his journey has been driven by a passion for technology, investing, and creating value.

Andrew Howard
Andrew Howard is the CEO and Co-Founder of Lockchain.ai, an AI-powered blockchain risk management platform that delivers real-time intelligence, impact analysis, and automated responses for digital asset traders and funds.
He launched Lockchain.ai in 2024, raising $4.6M in seed funding to build the first generative AI system for blockchain risk. Previously, he served as CEO and CTO of Kudelski Security, where he expanded global operations and built new practices, including an IoT Security Center of Excellence.
Before Kudelski, Andrew directed the Cyber Technology and Information Security Lab at Georgia Tech Research Institute, supporting mission-critical defense R&D.
He began his career at PwC, advising Fortune 500 firms on technology security after major breaches.
Andrew is a recognized industry voice, featured by Bloomberg and NBC for his insights on cybersecurity and digital risk. He has twice served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Futures Council on Cybersecurity.
In addition to Lockchain.ai, he advises and sits on boards of multiple cybersecurity firms in the managed services sector. His expertise spans MSPs, MSSPs, AI, and blockchain security, making him a trusted leader in both enterprise and emerging tech domains.
Andrew continues to shape the conversation on AI-driven risk management at the intersection of cybersecurity and digital assets.

Jeremy Groeteke
Jeremy Groeteke is a dynamic agribusiness executive with 20+ years of leadership in digital transformation, operational excellence, and strategic growth. As the Global Head of IT & Digital Strategy at Syngenta Group, he leads the Vegetable and Flowers IT & Digital initiatives, driving AI, data, and digital agronomy innovations to enhance profitability and sustainability. Jeremy has led multimillion-dollar product launches, built global teams, and forged key industry partnerships. Passionate about the intersection of agriculture and technology, he helps shape the future of digital farming through strategic planning and scalable solutions.


Jed Dougherty

Jed Dougherty is the Vice President of Platform Strategy at Dataiku, where he serves as a strategic technical advisor to customers and prospects. In this role, Jed collaborates closely with Engineering and Product teams to ensure that all technical platform requests are properly followed, scoped, and implemented. He plays a pivotal role in aligning customer needs with Dataiku's product development, facilitating seamless integration and innovation within the platform.
With a strong background in data science and analytics, Jed has been instrumental in helping organizations leverage Dataiku's capabilities to drive business value. His expertise bridges the gap between client requirements and technical solutions, enabling clients to maximize the potential of their data initiatives.
Prior to his current role at Dataiku, Jed gained extensive experience in technology strategy and platform development. His deep understanding of platform strategy and customer engagement makes him a valuable asset in shaping the direction of Dataiku's offerings. Jed is known for his collaborative approach and results-oriented leadership style, which have significantly contributed to the company's success in the data science community.

Thomas Robinson
Steve Nouri is the Founder of GenAI Works, recognized as the world's largest AI community, where he empowers millions to explore and excel in an AI-driven world.
He also founded AI4Diversity, a global nonprofit with over 4,000 volunteers that increases AI awareness and inclusion across underrepresented communities.
Previously, Steve served as Head of Data Science and AI at the Australian Computer Society, leading the development of data science capacity and ethical AI standards in Australia.
An award-winning influencer, he was honored as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Data Science (2020 Finalist), named ICT Professional of the Year – Gold Disruptor, and is a member of the Forbes
Steve is Chairman of HackMakers, which spearheads innovation through community-driven hackathons including the UN World Innovation Day Hackathon. Dan Shiebler
Dan Shiebler worked as Head of Machine Learning at Abnormal Security, where he lead a team of over 40 detection engineers developing AI systems to combat cybercrime. His team deploys probabilistic models over real-time aggregates, neural network and tree-based classifiers over tabular data, and large language models over raw data. Under his leadership, Abnormal Security has built the world's most advanced messaging cyberattack detection system, protecting many of the world's largest companies.
Prior to joining Abnormal Security, Dan managed the Web Ads Machine Learning team at Twitter. Before that, he served as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Twitter Cortex and was a Senior Data Scientist at TrueMotion. Throughout his career, Dan has focused on leveraging machine learning and AI to drive innovation and solve complex problems in technology and cybersecurity.
Dan has also spent time in academia, earning his PhD from the University of Oxford. His research focused on applications of Category Theory to Machine Learning, advised by Jeremy Gibbons and Cezar Ionescu. Earlier, he worked as a Computer Vision Researcher at the Serre Lab.

Ayan Bhattacharya
Ayan Bhattacharya is Vice President and Generative AI Practice Leader at Capgemini, where he spearheads the firm’s Generative AI portfolio across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and technology. With over a decade of experience, he has built a reputation for helping Fortune 500 companies adopt AI-driven solutions to become truly insight-led organizations.
Prior to Capgemini, Ayan held leadership roles at Deloitte and IBM, where he guided enterprises through their digital and AI transformation journeys. He also contributed to the launch of data analytics industry solutions at Thomson Reuters and Reed Elsevier, driving measurable impact in highly competitive markets.
Ayan is widely recognized for his expertise in transforming enterprise data strategies, implementing AI at scale, and bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and business outcomes. Chen Wang
Chen Wang is the Lead Alliance Solution Architect at AI21 Labs, where he develops cutting-edge AI solutions and manages strategic partnerships. He brings over a decade of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, and applied physics to enterprise innovation.
Before joining AI21 Labs, Chen served as Director of Applied AI, Alliances & Channel Partnerships at DataRobot, where he helped organizations scale AI adoption across industries. He also spent several years at IBM as a Lead Data Scientist, driving enterprise AI projects and applied machine learning research.
Chen began his professional journey in academia at New York University’s Center for Soft Matter Research, contributing as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from New York University and a Bachelor’s in Physics from Nanjing University, complemented by certifications in time-series analysis, AI modeling, and TensorFlow-based deep learning.
Recognized for his expertise in AI strategy, architecture, and applied innovation, Chen has consistently worked at the intersection of advanced research and enterprise application, helping organizations unlock the transformative potential of AI.


Nicholas King

Nicholas King is the Founder and CEO of Data Kinetic and a senior technology leader with extensive experience in developing and bringing AI and platform use cases to market across various industries. He has worked with some of the world's most prominent technology companies, including Google, Microsoft, VMware, and Cisco, as well as with several startups and research projects.
Nick is known for his advocacy of novel and innovative approaches to solving complex problems. He has a proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing new technologies that shift markets and disrupt traditional business models. His current research and development efforts have led to cutting-edge solutions in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.

Kumesh Aroomoogan
Kumesh Aroomoogan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Accern, a generative AI startup transforming financial services through real-time analysis of unstructured content from news and reports to call transcripts for institutional investors.
Under his leadership, Accern has raised over $40 million in venture funding while landing on Forbes' 30 Under 30 for Enterprise Technology, along with recognition from Fast Company among its Top 50 Next Big Things in Tech and Top FinTech CEOs.
Accern is also featured in Gartner’s 2023 Hype Cycle for Data Science, Machine Learning, and Emerging Technologies in Banking, spotlighting its adaptive ML capabilities in financial data analytics.
Before Accern, Kumesh co-founded entrepreneurial ventures during his studies at Pace University—such as BrandingScholars and Auxral—and gained experience in equity research (Citigroup), finance education (SIFMA Foundation), and accounting (Ford Foundation). Jon Krohn

Jon Krohn is a data science leader, innovator and entrepreneur in machine learning and generative AI. As Co-Founder and Chief Data Scientist of Nebula.io, he spearheads an ambitious R&D roadmap for developing cutting-edge natural language models and AI solutions to automate and augment business processes. Jon manages a cross-functional team creating AI capabilities via intuitive APIs and UIs, also pioneering robust tools to mitigate algorithmic biases.
Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, Jon is a prolific educator and creator of best-selling AI/ML content. He wrote the #1 book "Deep Learning Illustrated," hosts the popular "SuperDataScience" podcast with more than 4 million downloads a year, and his online courses have taught more than 100,000 students. Prior to founding Nebula.io, Jon was Chief Data Scientist at Untapt, an AI startup acquired by Wynden Stark Group in 2021. His earlier roles included quantitative trading, developing award-winning ad-tech at Omnicom's Annalect, and conducting postgraduate neuroscience research at the University of Oxford and Wilfrid Laurier University.

Deepali Vyas

Sheetal Kohli Rishi

Sheetal Kohli Rishi is the AMER GTM Enterprise Transformation Leader at Stripe, where she directs go-to-market strategies and enterprise transformation initiatives across North America. She plays a pivotal role in shaping Stripe’s platform adoption and value delivery for large-scale business clients.
Formerly, Sheetal served as Vice President of High Performance Computing & AI Deployments at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where she led global efforts to deploy HPC and AI solutions across scientific and enterprise domains.
In 2024–2025, she took a brief sabbatical to reconnect with musical passions, pursue speaking opportunities, and engage in personal development before joining Stripe’s dynamic culture—described by her as “structured, agile, and profoundly welcoming.”

Daniel Hulme

Daniel Hulme, PhD, is a globally-renowned expert and thought leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies. As Chief AI Officer at WPP, the world's largest marketing company, he spearheads the group's AI vision, capability development, curation of solutions, and exploration of new opportunities.
Daniel brings more than two decades of academic experience in AI to his role. He previously co-founded and exited Satalia, an award-winning AI products and solutions company with major clients including Tesco and PwC. Satalia's acquisition by WPP paved the way for Daniel's current position.
In addition to his WPP role, Daniel is the co-founder of Faculty AI and an advisor to responsible AI startups like Holistic AI. He has held academic leadership roles including Director of UCL's Applied AI/Business Analytics MSc and is currently UCL's Computer Science Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Daniel also lectures at LSE's Marshall Institute on applying AI to business and social challenges.
A passionate advocate for ethical, purposeful technology, Daniel frequently delivers keynotes on AI ethics, the metaverse, emerging tech, innovation, decentralization, and organizational design for Google, TEDx, and others. Alon Konchitsky

Alon Konchitsky is a seasoned AI and technology leader, currently serving as Head of Artificial Intelligence at Imagry, where he drives innovation in autonomous driving and mapless navigation systems. With a deep background in AI/ML, he has spearheaded groundbreaking projects across healthcare, semiconductors, and consumer technology.
Previously, Alon led the AI Center of Excellence at Intel/SK Hynix, shaping large-scale AI adoption in advanced memory technologies. He also directed AI engineering at UCSF, where his team leveraged machine learning for medical imaging and precision diagnostics. Earlier in his career, he contributed to innovation at Apple and co-founded a patent-analytics SaaS company.
Alon is widely recognized for bridging academic research, applied engineering, and entrepreneurial ventures. He has authored multiple patents, published on AI applications, and actively advises startups on scaling transformative technologies. His leadership reflects a consistent focus on applying AI to solve real-world problems with high societal impact.

Feifei Wu

Feifei Wu is the Managing Director and Global Head of Engineering at Macquarie Asset Management, where she drives engineering strategy and innovation across wealth and capital markets. She leads global teams advancing AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud platforms to transform financial services.
Previously, Feifei served as General Partner and Chief Information Officer at Edward Jones, overseeing technology strategy and digital modernization. Before that, she was Global CIO at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she led enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Royal Bank of Canada, BNY Mellon, and MetLife Investments, where she championed modernization through data and AI-driven solutions.
Feifei holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on AI/ML from Zhejiang University and completed advanced graduate studies at Rutgers University. Known for combining technical depth with business strategy, she is recognized for shaping technology innovation in global finance.


Ram Nagappan

Ram Nagappan served as the Chief Information Officer of BNY Mellon | Pershing, where he led technology strategy and solutions that powered the firm’s global clearing and custody business. In this role, he oversaw digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and client-focused innovations that strengthened Pershing’s market leadership.
Throughout his career at BNY Mellon, Ram championed the use of advanced technologies, including cloud adoption, cybersecurity frameworks, and data-driven platforms to enhance efficiency and resilience. He also emphasized building a culture of engineering excellence and client trust.
Beyond his executive role, Ram contributed to industry-wide conversations on fintech, regulatory technology, and the evolving needs of wealth and asset management. His insights helped shape the future of financial services technology at scale.

JoAnn C. Stonier

JoAnn C. Stonier serves as Chief Data Officer for Mastercard, leading the organization’s data innovation efforts while navigating current and future data risks. She oversees the curation, quality, governance and management of the company’s extensive data assets. JoAnn and her team design and operationalize Mastercard’s global data strategy, guiding enterprise deployment of cutting-edge data solutions, including advanced analytics and AI, and the development of enterprise data platforms.
Her leadership is integral to Mastercard’s push to deepen the strategic value it can provide its merchant, banking and government customers and cardholders through its expanding data-driven products and capabilities.
JoAnn previously served as the company’s Chief Information Governance & Privacy Officer, responsible for global privacy and information governance, and leading regulatory engagement for data compliance.
JoAnn is a recognized and highly sought-after thought leader in emergent data and privacy issues. She has advised industry executives, governments, intergovernmental organizations and NGOs. Currently, she serves on the United Nations Expert Group on Governance and Artificial Intelligence and is Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Data Policy. JoAnn also serves as a Board Advisor for Truata, a data trust co-founded by Mastercard and IBM, on the Board of Directors and Governance Committee for Hope For The Warriors, a non-profit Veteran service organization, and on the Board of Trustees and Executive & Finance Committees for Academy of Mount St. Ursula, where she attended high school in Bronx, New York.
JoAnn received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University and her Bachelor of Science degree from St. Francis College. She holds memberships in the Bar of the State of New York and the Bar of the State of New Jersey. She is based in Purchase, N.Y.


Amy D. Grubb, Ph.D

Dr. Amy D. Grubb is the Digital Transformation Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where she drives the cultural and technological modernization of the agency. She also founded Organizational Insights, LLC, offering strategic leadership support to enterprises and executives.
For over two decades, Amy has led enterprise-wide change initiatives, including a post-9/11 cultural transformation and the rollout of innovative HR systems that span the FBI workforce.
She developed the FBI’s organizational development infrastructure and spearheaded an all-encompassing Leadership Development Program, earning two FBI Director’s Awards for Excellence and a SIOP/SHRM HR Impact Award.
A noted speaker and facilitator, Amy has delivered keynote addresses on leadership, change management, and storytelling for organizations like NATCA’s Communicating for Safety summit.
She’s a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and plays an advisory role with the American Psychological Association’s Change Management Advisory Board.
Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston, and a B.A. from Villanova University.

Dr. Seth Dobrin is the Founder and CEO of Qantm AI, established in 2022 to advance a human-centered approach to artificial intelligence, guiding business strategy and ethics across global enterprises and government sectors.
He previously made history as IBM’s first-ever Global Chief AI Officer, where he led the Data Science Elite team and architected corporate-wide AI strategy and frameworks. Before that, he served as Chief Data Officer of IBM’s Software Group, where he championed modernization via data-driven insights and analytics.
An advocate for ethical and inclusive AI, Seth served as President of the Responsible AI Institute and actively backs initiatives promoting diversity and equitable AI governance.
Dr. Dobrin is recognized for his human-centered methodology, helping Fortune 500 firms and governments build trustworthy and responsible AI systems.
He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Arizona State University, grounding his AI work in scientific rigor.
Dr. Dobrin’s contributions have earned him honors including AIConics Innovator of the Year, and recognition as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Chief AI Officers of 2023. John Nicastro

John Nicastro is a technology & corporate executive currently serving as Chief Data Officer at Major League Soccer. In his role, John oversees the League’s data and AI strategy, as well as all Fan technology, including digital products, marketing, and advertising platforms. Before joining MLS, John served as Head of the Enterprise Data Office at SiriusXM and Pandora. While there he was responsible for developing and executing a transformative data & analytics strategy for its brands including ground-breaking personalization and recommendation services. Collectively the platforms reached more than 150 million listeners - the largest reach of any digital audio provider in North America.


Cindi Howson

Cindi Howson is the Chief Data Strategy Officer at ThoughtSpot and host of The Data Chief podcast. In this role, she advises enterprise clients on building data-driven cultures, shaping ThoughtSpot’s product direction, and driving the future of search-powered analytics.
She previously served as Vice President in Data and Analytics at Gartner, where she led the development of the Analytics & BI Magic Quadrant and introduced pioneering concepts like augmented analytics, NLP/BI search, and data-for-good frameworks.
Cindi is the founder of BI Scorecard, a review platform known for its rigorous, hands-on evaluations of BI products. She also authored several influential BI books, including Successful Business Intelligence and SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0: The Complete Reference.
Her expertise in analytics has earned her recognition as Women in Data’s Data Leader of the Year (2021) and a spot among top analytics and BI influencers by the likes of Analytics Insight and Solutions Review.
With more than 20 years in the data industry, Cindi has also contributed as a faculty member at TDWI, and worked with Deloitte & Touche and Dow Chemical in early BI leadership roles. She holds an MBA from Rice University and a B.A. from the University of Maryland, and actively supports organizations promoting women in tech and data literacy.


Nick Elprin

Jonathan Choi

Jonathan Choi is a venture capital investor and technologist, currently serving as Partner at Buckley Ventures in San Francisco. At Buckley, he focuses on early-stage investments in deep tech sectors including defense, advanced hardware, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, SaaS, and materials science. JoAnn C. Stonier

JoAnn C. Stonier serves as Chief Data Officer for Mastercard, leading the organization’s data innovation efforts while navigating current and future data risks. She oversees the curation, quality, governance and management of the company’s extensive data assets. Matt Turck

Matt Turck is a Partner at FirstMark Capital, where he focuses on early-stage investments in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, and AI/ML startups, including notable companies like Dataiku, Cockroach Labs, Ada Support, and Synthesia.
Before joining FirstMark, he was a Managing Director at Bloomberg Ventures, the incubation arm of Bloomberg LP, which he helped launch. Earlier, he co-founded TripleHop Technologies, an enterprise search software startup acquired by Oracle.
Since 2011, Matt has built and nurtured Data Driven NYC, the largest data and AI community in the U.S., drawing tens of thousands of members through regular, free events. He also organizes Hardwired NYC, a community centered on deep tech innovations.
Matt co-authors the annual MAD (Machine Learning, AI & Data) industry landscape, a benchmark resource with deep insights into emerging data trends.


Florian Douetteau

Florian Douetteau is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dataiku, the leading platform for Everyday AI. Since 2013, he has scaled the company from a Paris startup into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise serving 500+ global organizations.
Before founding Dataiku, Florian was VP of R&D at Exalead, a search engine acquired by Dassault Systèmes, and later CTO at IsCool Entertainment, where he led large-scale social gaming innovations. A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure in Paris, he has always been driven by the challenge of making complex systems more accessible.
Florian’s mission with Dataiku is to democratize AI empowering people across every function, not just data scientists, to build and use AI responsibly. Beyond Dataiku, he invests in and mentors startups while actively contributing to the Paris tech ecosystem.


Ricky Ray Butler

Ricky Ray Butler is the CEO & Co-Founder of Revmatics, an AI-powered marketing technology company redefining customer acquisition with predictive intelligence.
He started his journey by founding Plaid Social Labs in 2009, one of the first influencer marketing agencies, which was later acquired by BENlabs, where he scaled AI-driven brand integrations across entertainment.
At Revmatics, Ricky leads the development of ADAS (Automated Design of Agentic Systems), a breakthrough platform that leverages billions of data points to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable revenue impact. In 2025, Revmatics raised $21M in seed funding to expand its AI-driven CRO solutions globally.
Recognized as one of AdAge’s 40 Under 40, Ricky is also listed among the Top 100 in Influencer Marketing. He co-founded The Chosen, the largest crowdfunded media project, and has advised AI ventures like Zeff (acquired by DataRobot).
