Nick Elprin

Nick Elprin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Domino Data Lab, the enterprise AI platform used by global leaders such as Allstate, Bristol Myers Squibb, Dell, and Lockheed Martin to scale model-driven innovation. Since founding Domino in 2013, Nick has guided its growth into a category-defining company, helping enterprises accelerate research, improve collaboration, and deploy AI responsibly at scale.

Previously, Nick built tools for quantitative researchers at Bridgewater Associates, one of the world’s largest hedge funds, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of managing complex data science workflows. This shaped his vision for Domino as a unified system of record for AI and data science.

Nick holds a BA and MS in Computer Science from Harvard University and is a frequent voice on topics including AI governance, collaboration across data teams, and operationalizing AI in highly regulated industries.
