Victoria Migliaccio

Victoria Migliaccio is a Partner in the Financial Services Office at Ernst & Young (EY) in New York, specializing in assurance and advisory services for banks, broker-dealers, and investment banking institutions. She focuses on financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and accounting operations.

With over 14 years of experience in financial services, Victoria has led audits for major clearing and introducing broker-dealers and banks. She has played a key role in developing EY's guidance on SEC broker-dealer regulations and leads industry roundtables focused on regulatory developments and financial reporting.

Victoria is also an active industry speaker, contributing to conferences organized by AICPA, SIFMA, and NYSSCPA. She co-chairs EY's LINC committee, supporting women in leadership, and serves as a board member and Audit Committee Chair at Third Street Music School Settlement.
