Roger Park

Roger C. Park is the EY Americas Innovation Leader, where he drives the development of transformative strategies, services, and solutions that help organizations navigate disruption and unlock new sources of value in an increasingly digital world. With over three decades of global experience, he is recognized as a leading voice in innovation, emerging technologies, and enterprise transformation.

At EY, Roger focuses on activating innovation at scale helping clients embrace digital and emerging technologies, reimagine business models, and execute complex transformation initiatives. He has been instrumental in building and scaling multiple high-impact service areas, including strategic technology, business process management, and growth strategy, positioning EY at the forefront of innovation-led consulting.

He also played a key role in launching landmark initiatives such as the EY wavespace™ Innovation Center in New York and the firm’s solution delivery center in Georgia, creating platforms that enable collaboration, experimentation, and rapid solution development for global clients.

Prior to EY, Roger held senior leadership roles across multinational organizations, shaping technology and strategy at scale. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
