Steve Nouri
Steve Nouri is the Founder of GenAI Works, recognized as the world's largest AI community, where he empowers millions to explore and excel in an AI-driven world.
He also founded AI4Diversity, a global nonprofit with over 4,000 volunteers that increases AI awareness and inclusion across underrepresented communities.
Previously, Steve served as Head of Data Science and AI at the Australian Computer Society, leading the development of data science capacity and ethical AI standards in Australia.
An award-winning influencer, he was honored as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Data Science (2020 Finalist), named ICT Professional of the Year – Gold Disruptor, and is a member of the Forbes
Steve is Chairman of HackMakers, which spearheads innovation through community-driven hackathons including the UN World Innovation Day Hackathon. He is highly active on LinkedIn with a considerable following, and is frequently found speaking at global events hosted by IBM, JP Morgan, CSIRO, AWS, and others.
Steve holds degrees from MIT and the University of Technology Sydney, and is celebrated for making AI accessible, ethical, and inspiring for all.
