Steven Pae

Steven Pae is a seasoned technology and financial services executive with over two decades of experience driving innovation across global institutions. He currently works at Goldman Sachs, where he leads consumer lending technology initiatives within the firm’s banking division.

Throughout his career, Steven has held senior leadership roles across major financial organizations, including Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and CIT Group.

At CIT, he served as Senior Vice President and CIO/COO of the Business Capital division, overseeing technology, operations, and digital strategy across multiple commercial business lines.

Earlier in his career, he led global electronic trading and product development initiatives, playing a key role in advancing capital markets technology and large-scale financial platforms.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Steven is an adjunct professor at NYU, where he teaches courses in information systems, agile project management, and enterprise technology.

He is also actively involved in the broader professional community, serving as a national board member of Ascend, a leading Pan-Asian business organization.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
