Steven Pae

Steven Pae is an Executive-in-Residence and Adjunct Professor at NYU School of Professional Studies, where he connects industry expertise with academic learning, student mentorship, and corporate partnerships. He also serves as Executive Director of Ascend and the Ascend Foundation, advancing Pan-Asian professional leadership.

With over 30 years of experience in technology and financial services, Steven previously served as Vice President and CIO of Prudential International Insurance, leading technology strategies across Japan and emerging markets. His career includes senior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, CIT Group, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, and PwC.

Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. His expertise spans digital transformation, financial technology, enterprise operations, and leadership development.
