For more than 15 years, Dr. Winkler hasresearched, taught, advised, and spoken about transformative megatrends andtheir impact on organizations, leadership, and society, with a particular focuson artificial intelligence long before it became a mainstream executivepriority.

As Academic Director, he leads the design andcontinuous development of the AI Masterclass, oversees program quality anddelivery, and directs speaker recruitment, participant admissions, and theoverall learning experience.

Dr. Winkler holds a PhD in Economics and has heldnumerous senior academic leadership positions, including Professor ofLeadership and Strategy and Director of Executive Education at the Universityof Liverpool, Executive Vice President of EBS University, Vice Dean ofEducation at European Business School, Managing Director of Goethe BusinessSchool, and Director of Custom Programs at THNK School of Creative Leadershipin Amsterdam.

Beyond academia, Dr. Winkler has advised more than50 organizations on strategy and execution, ranging from startups to publiclylisted companies.

Throughout his career, Dr. Winkler has worked atthe intersection of academia, business, and technology, helping senior leadersmake sense of complex change and translate emerging trends into practicalstrategic action.
